Kids Cooking Class
In May 2025, I started hosting a cooking classes for kids. These experiences give me a chance to connect with the DMV community in a real way. Watching the kids get creative, try new things, and have fun with fresh ingredients. Doing these events remind me why I love cooking in the first place. The beauty of bringing people together by way of food.
Special shoutout to Way to Live Foundation for helping set up these events and bringing everyone together. Kids learn knife skills & importance of using healthy fresh ingredients.
We even had a dessert-making contest, and I got to help the kids while also judging their creativity. Seeing their teamwork & how proud they were of their ideas was the best part.

I find it in nature, music, people, travel & of course food. The energy of a room and those small moments are things that bring us together as a community. That's what keeps me growing, learning, and creating."
